Loved it! The process was so simple and we saved a bunch of money buying from Experience Oz.

Great family day! Many activities that kids will surely love!

There are many free activities that kids will enjoy. My daughter (3y/o) loved the train and boat rides. The Gruffalo trail is also interactive and even the adults had fun with it. You just need to download the app to make it more enjoyable. I can say that it’s a great family day out! 😊

Christmas holiday visit - not a great time to go with kids under 5.

We love the Ginger Factory, however made the mistake of visiting during the Christmas holidays and the queues were so lengthy. It was over an hour to wait for both the train and boat and to order anything at the cafe was also a long wait. We expected there to be wait times over the holiday period, however this was crazy and my 2 and 4 year old were so miserable we ended up leaving. Thankfully the kind staff gave us a partial refund for a future visit. Due to this and previously loving our visits I’m giving it 4 stars.

Great family day out with lots to do for all ages.

Great day exploring, kids loved the boat ride and finding all the gingerbread men, bee show was amazing and the information was so well presented. Train ride was lovely , worker on the day unfortunately put a damper on that experience. Food was lovely and reasonably priced. All in all, wonderful day out.

Highly recommend this place! We would come again in the near future!

Highly recommend for families with toddlers (4yos and under). We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Ginger Factory. The kids loved the boat ride and train ride. And the ice-cream, sausage roll and pies were very tasty! We will return when our newborn is a bit older...

Value for money experience that our family enjoyed.

It is a last minute purchase for us. It was during Mother's day and we decided to go to Ginger factory. Thought of purchasing this bundle with Experience OZ instead of buying onsite. I always prefer getting our tickets here as they have good offers, plus I earn points and I can use afterpay. It was luckily a beautiful weather when we did this, cloudy and cool wind so the train ride was really awesome. It was a short ride, just perfect timeframe for our toddlers not to be bored. Boat ride was a good experience too for the kids, they enjoyed the displays. I am actually impressed with that they have maintained the cleanliness. We have purchased also the boat ride family picture. It was lovely.

Ginger factory on the Sunshine Coast - amazing must go and see!

Went there with the family the staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful. It was great being outdoors and the boat ride is a bit like Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory just with gingerbread men. The train was good, a must do on the Sunshine Coast.

We all loved it from the train and boat ride to the nature walk looking for the Gruffalo and his friends recommend for the whole family 👪

We all loved it our favourite part was everything we will be going back. Love it, recommend it for the whole family the little shopping village is cute the train ride around and through it is great and the boat ride where you get to take a mini trip around the world plus so much more it is really enjoyable.

The bundle covers boat and train ride. Be aware it does not cover the Ginger Factory tour and bee show. For couple of hours of visit to Ginger Factory, this voucher is good.

I was really impressed by the Ginger Factory and can’t believe I haven’t been sooner.

The Ginger Factory was a great day outing for my family. My 20-month-old loved the boat and train ride her face lit up the whole time! There was also a cool bush walk where at the end you find The Gruffalos House! She loved it there. The cafe was really nice too however it was a bit pricey for some items. We will be back.
